Platform Fees:

We keep our platform fees extremely low, as low as 0%, so that more donor money goes to your mission (which donors also appreciate)!

Transaction Fees for ACH/Credit/Debit only:

As a leading donation platform, Infinite Giving partners with Stripe for payment processing of ACH/credit/debit to deliver funds directly from your donors to you.

Nonprofits should apply for a reduced Stripe fee which is typically 2.2% + $0.30 per transaction and 0.8% for ACH with a $5.00 cap per donation. To do so, visit Stripe at https://support.stripe.com/questions/fee-discount-for-nonprofit-organizations

You will see instructions to sign into your Stripe account and to fill out a contact form requesting your Stripe nonprofit discount.

Organizations who do not submit for nonprofit status with Stripe, will pay Stripe's standard rate of 2.9% + $0.30/transaction for credit/debit. For more information on Stripe billing fees, see here.

Additionally, please note that Stripe invokes a 7 day wait period for the first payout of any funds to your bank account as a fraud protection measure. You can find more on this here.
